Refund policy

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or earrings.

Please visit https://juicycouture.returnsportal.online/ to start your returns process. You will need your order number and the email you placed your order with.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer an extended returns period for the holidays. Orders placed between 24th November and 31st December are eligible for returns until 31st January 2026.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at service@juicycouture.co.uk and send your item to:

Please repack your item(s) in its original packaging, affix a label to your parcel, ensuring it covers/hides your name/address in case you are using the original shipment box to return the parcel. This is a recommended step to prevent the parcel from being returned back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UK
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EU
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to customers in the EU. If you reside in an EU country, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your product for a full refund.
We cannot exchange products for EU customers at this current time.
You will need to place a new order for your alternative size or style.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@juicycouture.co.uk.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or i think something is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item or you believe that an item is faulty, please email service@juicycouture.co.uk. To ensure that we can deal with your concern as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include your name, order number and photos of the item.

What do I do if I purchased it from a Juicy Couture retailer and wish to return/exchange it?

If you purchased your item from a Juicy Couture UK retailer, either in store or via any website other than www.juicycouture.co.uk, then the retailer’s own returns policy and warranty offer applies. Therefore, you must return the item to the retailer. 

Unfortunately, Juicy Couture UK are unable to offer a refund or exchange of the item was not purchased directly from www.juicycouture.co.uk. Please note we are not able to offer exchanges to our Ireland customers

TAKING CARE OF YOUR JUICY JEWELLERY -


Always store your jewellery pieces individually in a soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with the crystal stones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

We recommend you keep your Juicy jewellery in a cool, dark place to ensure it is not affected by humidity and away from direct sunlight as this may affect the surface and tarnish or dull the metal over time.

Your jewellery is particularly susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals present in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sun tan lotion and deodorant. Ensure you remove your jewellery when using chemicals to safeguard the jewellery from becoming scratched, tarnished, discoloured or dulled.

When cleaning your jewellery never use chemical cleaners. Simply use a damp, soft cloth and gently rub the surface until it is shiny and clear of marks.

AVOID -

Do not swim or shower whilst wearing your Juicy jewellery and remove rings when washing your hands. Chlorine, salt water as well as fresh water can damage the jewellery, causing discolouration and affecting the surface of the metal, pearls and the stones. By keeping to these simple steps will prolong the polished shine and avoid dullness and damage.
