Refund policy

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or earrings.


UK Returns

You will need your order number and the email you placed your order with.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please repack your item(s) in their original packaging, affix a label to your parcel, ensuring it covers or hides your name and address if you are using the original shipment box. This helps prevent the parcel from being returned back to you.

If you are returning an item over £70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.


Australia & New Zealand Returns

Customers in Australia and New Zealand can start a return via our portal:

A prepaid return label will be provided through the portal. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider
  • Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please contact service@juicycouture.co.uk.


Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you have received an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your name, order number and images of the item so we can resolve your query quickly.


Retail Purchases

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer, in line with their returns policy.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from our website.


Jewellery Care

To maintain the quality of your jewellery:

  • Store pieces individually in a soft-lined box or pouch
  • Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight
  • Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

Avoid wearing jewellery while swimming or showering, as water and chemicals may cause damage or discolouration.
